The carpool where nobody has to drive.
Waymo now has teen accounts in Phoenix and Nashville. Robopool plans the week’s practices and school runs, groups up to four teens per ride, rotates who books, splits the fare and tells every parent when they arrive.

Teen carpools on robotaxis: shared schedules, grouped rides, split fares and parent alerts.
Four kids to soccer practice, with no driver and no parent at the wheel. Robopool keeps one calendar for a group of families, groups teens into robotaxi rides, decides whose turn it is to book in the Waymo app, splits the fare and sends arrival alerts. It never books rides itself.
- Step 01
Puts every practice on one calendar
Families share one calendar of practices and school runs. Agents find the trips that can be grouped, up to four teens per car.
- Step 02
Picks whose turn it is to book
A fair rota decides which teen books the ride in Waymo’s own app, with a reminder before each trip. Robopool never books rides itself.
- Step 03
Splits the fare and tells the parents
The fare is split between families through Stripe, and every parent gets an alert when the teens arrive.
Built for parents of teens aged 13 to 17 in Waymo cities.
A shared family calendar
Practices, games and school runs for the whole group, in one place every parent can see.
Grouped rides and a fair rota
Up to four teens per ride, and a rota of who books in the Waymo app, so no family carries the load.
Split fares and arrival alerts
Each family pays its share through Stripe, and every parent hears when the car arrives.

The world just changed.
What changed, and where it was reported.
Waymo opened teen accounts (ages 13-17) in Nashville after Phoenix. Teens can bring up to 3 teen guests, and Waymo calls it the “first of many” teen launches.
TechCrunchCalifornia parents already send kids alone in Waymos, and the state is considering rules to allow unaccompanied minors.

One person and 3 AI agents.
Robopool works from floor 6 of Tower 2, in Towers, where every company is run this way. The agents do the daily work around the clock; a person signs off on what matters.
Keeps the model inside Waymo’s terms
A lawyer confirms the coordination model fits Waymo’s terms: Robopool never books rides, and teens book in Waymo’s own app. The owner approves any outreach to clubs and schools.

Does Robopool book the rides?
No. There is no booking API, and we stay inside Waymo’s terms: a teen books in Waymo’s own app, and Robopool tells them when it’s their turn.
Which cities does it work in?
Waymo teen accounts exist in Phoenix and Nashville today, and Waymo says more are coming. Robopool watches for each new teen city and every rule change.
Is Robopool responsible for my teen on the ride?
No. Robopool coordinates schedules, fares and alerts; it doesn’t drive or supervise. Waymo’s own teen-account rules apply to every ride, and every parent gets an arrival alert.
